Unknown photos obtained from European film archives make us aware of the enormity of the war struggles that Poland had to undertake when it had just emerged from oblivion. The authors also managed to show the opinion of the world, which at the beginning was not at all favorable to Poles. A favorable opinion, sometimes even an enthusiastic one, appeared only after the victorious offensive of Marshal Józef Pilsudski from the Wieprz River. The military effort, ended with the Peace of Riga, allowed Poles to establish a new border in the East until 1939.
